                                           In the lithium battery manufacturing sector, as square cells evolve towards higher integration and longer, thinner designs, stacking
                                           technology shows significant advantages over traditional winding processes. These advantages include, but are not limited to, higher energy density,
                                           more stable internal structure, better consistency and safety, enhanced rate performance, and longer cycle life.
                                           Additionally, stacking technology helps reduce cell manufacturing costs and improve production efficiency.


                                           Currently, leading companies in the battery industry, such as CATL, BYD, EVE Energy, and SVOLT Energy, have adopted stacking
                                           technology in their product lines. Industry forecasts predict that global demand for stacking machines will exceed 30 billion RMB by 2025,
                                           with an annual compound growth rate of 43% from 2022 to 2025.


                                           In this market context, improving the efficiency and yield of stacking processes is crucial for enhancing lithium battery production capacity.

                                                by extending the uniform coating segment distance.


                                           ⑤ Two cutting methods for separators to meet diverse needs: Depending on the separator materials and processes, both thermal and cold cutting options
                                               are provided to ensure neat cutting edges, with adjustable pressure for optimal results.


                                            Furthermore, the multi-sheet Z-type stacking machine has undergone optimization and upgrades in the processes of sheet picking, electrode group transfer,
                                            adhesive application, and hot pressing to better meet customers' actual production needs.
